Located on the first floor, the École de Cuisine brings together those who love good food and wish to learn tricks of the trade directly from the masters.
Try your hand at Paul Bocuse’s legendary recipes and discover the secrets of cooking, pastry making, baking, mixology and more. With dozens of courses and workshops that evolve with the seasons, there is something for all tastes. The school also organizes cheese and wine tastings, and welcomes your private or professional events in the Orsi lounge and its two modular kitchens.
